Work locations are the reference point for attendance: every time an employee clocks in or out, the app records how far they are from a work location. A complete company profile makes payslips look official, with your logo, NPWP (tax ID), and the company's signature and stamp. ## Before you start - Sign in as **Admin** or **HR Manager**. Other roles can open this page but cannot change it. - Have the address of each work location (office, outlet, warehouse) ready, plus a logo file in PNG, JPG or WEBP format, up to 1 MB. ## Complete the company profile 1. Go to **Pengaturan** (Settings) › **Perusahaan & Lokasi** (Company & locations). 2. Click **Edit Company** on the top card. 3. Fill in the company name, city, phone, address, NPWP and industry. 4. Under **Logo company**, click **Unggah** (Upload) and choose the logo file. The logo is saved as soon as you pick it. 5. Click **Simpan Company** (Save company). The logo, address, phone and NPWP appear as the letterhead on payslips. A PNG logo with a transparent background looks cleanest. ## Add a work location and geofence ![Company & locations page with the list of work locations](https://hris.logixbase.com/docs-assets/screens/admin-company-locations.webp "Work locations list") 1. Scroll down to **Daftar lokasi kerja** (1) (Work locations list) at the bottom of the page. 2. Click **Tambah Lokasi Kerja** (2) (Add work location). 3. Enter a location name (for example "Head Office") and its address. 4. Type the address in the search box above the map, or click the map to drop a pin. Drag the pin until it sits exactly on the location. 5. Fill in **Radius meter**. The blue circle on the map shows the geofence area. 6. Click **Simpan Lokasi** (Save location). The new location appears in the list with its coordinates and radius. Repeat for every office, outlet or warehouse. Click **Edit** to move the pin or change the radius. **Delete has no confirmation:** The **Hapus** (Delete) button removes a location immediately. Past attendance records are kept, but future punches are no longer compared against that location. ## Choose a sensible radius - Start with the default of 100 m. You can enter anything from 1 to 2,000 m. - Use a larger radius for big sites such as warehouses, factories or malls, so the whole work area, including parking and entrances, sits inside the circle. - Don't go too small. Phone GPS indoors can drift, although the system already allows for the accuracy the phone reports (up to 150 m). - Don't go too large either. The wider the circle, the looser the location check. ## How employees pick a location when clocking in On the app's **Beranda** (Home) screen, employees see their active location with a **Dalam radius** (inside radius) or **Di luar radius** (outside radius) status and the distance. When more than one location is available, they tap the location card to open **Pilih Lokasi Kerja** (Choose work location), or tap **Ganti** (Change) at the location step while clocking in. The app remembers their last choice. When a punch is recorded, the system compares the employee's position with every work location available to them. Picking the wrong location therefore doesn't automatically mark the punch as outside the radius. The employee side is covered in [Clock in & clock out](https://hris.logixbase.com/docs/en/worker-clock-in.md). ## The geofence never blocks a punch Logixbase uses a soft geofence: - Clock-ins and clock-outs are **always accepted**, even when the employee is outside the radius or GPS is unavailable (the employee chooses **Lanjut tanpa lokasi**, continue without location). - Punches outside the radius, without a location, or with faked GPS go to **Absensi** (Attendance) › **Absen Bermasalah** (Flagged attendance) for you to review. The distance and GPS point are stored as evidence. - Shifts of type **WFA** or **Fleksibel** (Flexible) are not flagged for being outside the radius. Shift types are set in [Shifts and work schedules](https://hris.logixbase.com/docs/en/shifts-schedules.md). This way nobody is kept from starting work because of a weak signal, while HR still holds the evidence to follow up. Reviewing flagged punches is covered in [Corrections and flagged attendance](https://hris.logixbase.com/docs/en/attendance-corrections.md). ## Payslip signatory and company stamp The **Penanda tangan & cap perusahaan** (Signatory and company stamp) card on the same page adds a **Disahkan oleh** (Approved by) block to payslips: - Fill in **Nama penanda tangan** (signatory name) and **Jabatan** (job title), then click **Simpan** (Save). - Upload a **Tanda tangan** (signature) image. A transparent PNG looks cleanest. - Upload a **Cap / stempel perusahaan** (company stamp) image. Images are saved as soon as you pick them. The block appears on the payslip in the employee app and in the PDF, so employees can use their payslip more readily for things like mortgage, loan or visa applications. ## Common problems - **A location shows "Koordinat belum diatur" (coordinates not set).** It was created by an import without a map point, so it isn't used for GPS checks yet.
